ICAN’s universal application is to be used to determine preliminary eligibility for any of ICAN’s housing programs. It’s a useful tool for providers to know what their client may be eligible for before the applications are filled out. The UNIVERSAL APPLICATION can be submitted at the front desk and a letter will be sent stating which housing program is most appropriate.

ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE FRONT DESK AT ICAN, INC. BETWEEN 8AM-5PM MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY TO BE TIME STAMPED AND REVIEWED.
